As a former Korn Ferry consultant specializing in Performance Management and Organizational Excellence, my journey into the tech industry began in 2002 at UNIT4, a global cloud-focused business software company. In 2012, after rejoining UNIT4, I became an integral part of the Global Strategy Transformation Team, where I was responsible for restructuring G&A costs following the company’s acquisition by the private equity firm Advent.
Following this, I took on the role of COO at GFY and CEO of Wonderbox, where I successfully grew the company's revenue from $15 million to $40 million and expanded the team from 35 to 50 people. My career continued as CEO of Yesty, where I drove further organizational success.
